Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We  do  ship Outside the US.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you,  based on the availability of your items. Now online orders will quote your shipping instally.   PLEASE BE ALERT ON THE DAY YOU PLACE YOUR SINCE SOMETIMES WE HAVE QUESTIONS ON YOUR ORDER AND WE HAVE TO CONTACT YOU.

 

Also INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MUST BE TRACKED BY CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTUMER HAS THE RESPONSABILITY TO FILE ANY CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS THE DESTINATION COUNTRY REQUIRES. ALSO COUNTRY  DUTIES AND FEES ARE THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT IS RESTURNED TO US CUSTUMER WILL PAY FOR ANY FEES THE RETURN CREATES. ALSO CUSTUMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE SHIPPING COSTS. OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR DAMAGE, DETERIORATION, OR LOST OF THE MERCHANDISE IF SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO US.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will replace UNUSED damaged Items ONLY IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, You may return  damaged items within 15 days of delivery AND YOU WILL BE ISSUE A REPLACEMENT. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR DAMAGED ITEMS FIRST IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH REPLACEMENT. IF YOU SEND USED ITEMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGE PRODUCT WILL BE DISCARDED, AND NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUE, AND WE WILL NO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USED ITEMS. BE AWARE THAT MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE PIECES OF UNDERWEAR AND ONCE THE ARE USED REPLACEMENT IS NOT HIGENIC.

Sales outside the U.S. are final due to the complexity of returning the merchandise back to the U.S. 

 Refunds

We are refunding ONLY Items we run out of while we are filling the order,  PLease give us 1 week (or sooner) to complete refunds,   you will see that refund in your Paypal account or credit card you used  please check your paypal account or credit card account  before contacting us.

 

Claims

Please any claims for missing item, damage, etc PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO SALES@BLANCA.WS AND ON THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL STATE THE PROBLEM  Eg: "Subject: Missing Item Invoice 204351"   that way we would be able to handle it fast. If you open a claim using Paypal claim system your account would be put on Hold no orders would be process while investigation goes on.
