RETURNS MUST BE APRROVED FIRST PLEASE FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM BELOW AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: 

With a receipt: Any returned items accompanied by a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 30 days. READ BELOW FOR SHIPPING EXPENSES  

Without a receipt: refunds and exchanges made without a receipt and purchased within 15 days will reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. A refund will be issued only in the form of Merchandise Return Voucher or credit on account good for future purchases on our site only.   READ BELOW FOR SHIPPING EXPENSES

Since we offer to you FREE shipping but Unfortunately it is not free to us so we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. We will deduct $2.75 per item WHEN ITEMS ARE RETURNED

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

OUR ITEMS ARE INSPECTED FOR QUALITY BEFORE WE SHIP. RETURNING ITEMS MUST RETURN IN THE SAME CONDITION. ANY DAMAGE ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
